My daughter Anna has mastered Chicken Tikka Masala and has had rave reviews from her friends on San Juan Island, WA. When she was here in January we were out in the snow grilling the chicken because the outdoor grilling gives it that smokey flavor. It really is good!
By the way, the name is Chicken Tikka Masala, no r in it. Marsala is a sweet Italian wine. There's an Italian dish, Chicken Marsala, which is cooked with marsala wine and mushrooms. I have a non-alcoholic version using white grape juice. It's very easy to make.
